Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the team of a renowned premium fashion brand at its boutique in Antwerp.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will support the Store Manager in driving commercial results and ensuring a seamless client experience through strong floor management and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations, ensuring exceptional client service and high visual standards;

• Act as a point of reference for the sales team, motivating and coaching on the floor;

• Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving sales targets;

• Handle client issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset;

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail/luxury fashion industry;

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;

• Sales-driven with a client-centric approach;

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or other languages is a plus;

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
