Barista

We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Barista to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will create exceptional coffee and beverage experiences, delivering personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to luxury standards;

• Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner;

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment;

• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies;

• Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing personalized recommendations and service;

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista in luxury hospitality, cafés, or high-end food and beverage outlets;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and presentation standards;

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
