F&B Reservations Agent

For a globally recognized leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking an experienced F&B Reservations Agent to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in managing restaurant reservations and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and personalized dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant reservations across all dining venues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation requests via telephone, email, and digital booking platforms;

• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest profiles within the reservation management system;

• Coordinate closely with Restaurant Managers, Hosts, and the Food & Beverage team to optimize seating plans and operational flow;

• Anticipate guest preferences and accommodate special requests whenever possible;

• Ensure VIP guests, special occasions, and loyalty program members receive personalized attention;

• Monitor restaurant availability and maximize table occupancy while maintaining exceptional guest experience standards;

• Handle guest inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency;

• Promote dining experiences, special events, and seasonal offerings to maximize revenue opportunities;

• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and service excellence guidelines.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an F&B Reservations, Restaurant Reservations, Guest Relations, or Front Office role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

• Experience using reservation management systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar platforms is highly desirable;

• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail;

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage;

• Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
