We are looking for a professional and guest-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their stay, enhancing the overall luxury experience.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing personalized attention;
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with discretion and professionalism;
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences;
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with hotel procedures;
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address any issues to exceed expectations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software;
Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
