Head Mixologist

We are looking for a professional and creative Head Mixologist to join the team of a prestigious luxury hospitality group for a new opening in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the bar team, craft innovative and high-quality cocktails, and ensure an exceptional beverage experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and oversee the execution of signature cocktails and beverage menus;

• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service;

• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all beverages;

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost control;

• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and elevate the bar experience;

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a mixologist or head bartender in luxury hospitality or high-end bars;

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

• Expertise in cocktail creation, beverage trends, and presentation standards;

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
