We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Assistant to join our Client's style office team for a renowned luxury fashion brand in Paris. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Collection Director in daily administrative and organizational tasks;
Coordinate and manage the schedule of the Style Office, including meetings, fittings, and appointments;
Support the creation and preparation of mood boards, trend research, and style guides;
Assist in the organization and management of sample collections and archives;
Communicate and collaborate with various departments, including design, production, and marketing;
Help prepare and organize fashion shows, presentations, and other events;
Manage correspondence and communication with external suppliers and partners;
Conduct research and provide insights on fashion trends, materials, and new techniques.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, preferably in a luxury brand.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Fluent in Italian, French and English;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail;
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the dynamic nature of the fashion industry.
