Senior Client Advisor

For a fashion luxury brand in Paris, we are looking for a Senior Client Advisor, delivering an exceptional luxury experience and building long-term relationships with an international clientele. You will be a key brand ambassador, driving sales performance while offering personalized styling and clienteling excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding, tailored client experience aligned with the brand’s standards;

• Drive sales results and exceed individual and store targets;

• Develop and manage a strong client book, ensuring continuous client engagement and loyalty;

• Build lasting relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up activities;

• Support the team with product knowledge, styling advice, and boutique excellence;

• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold visual and operational standards.

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within luxury fashion retail;

• Strong commercial mindset and passion for client service;

• Established client portfolio/client book is required;

• Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus);

• Professional, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
