Sales Assistant - New opening

For the new opening of an internationally expanding lifestyle brand, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants Full Time or Part-Time to join the team in Oberhausen. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience while contributing to the achievement of store sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers, providing a personalized and engaging shopping experience;

• Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products;

• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards;

• Ensure the sales floor is always well-presented, organized, and fully replenished;

• Process transactions accurately through the POS system;

• Support stock management activities, including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory control;

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines;

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment;

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and loss prevention policies.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is considered an advantage;

• Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and team-oriented mindset;

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts;
