Assistant Store Manager

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury fashion brand to recruit an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager for its store in Roermond. This role will support the Store Manager in driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional client experience in line with luxury standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance;

• Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring a high level of customer service and client engagement;

• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs;

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members;

• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently executed;

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management and loss prevention;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business;

• Act as Store Manager in their absence.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate in luxury fashion retail;

• Strong leadership and team management skills;

• Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service;

• Commercial awareness and results-driven approach;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus);

• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
