Assistant Store Manager - New Opening

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support the launch of a new store within Landquart Outlet for a premium sportswear brand.

Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will contribute to driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations;

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service;

• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing the store team;

• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPIs;

• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained;

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management processes;

• Step in as Store Manager when required;

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team environment.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Associate in premium/sportswear retail;

• Strong customer focus and commercial awareness;

• Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;

• Team-oriented with good leadership potential;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus);

• Passion for sportswear, fashion, and retail.
